My professional journey began in the late 1990s when I started working at a talent agency in São Paulo/BR. There, I had the opportunity to manage careers and strengthen my bond with theater, which led me to take a technical interpretation course and briefly experience life as an actor. This immersion in the world of acting was essential to consolidate my sensitive listening, respect for artists' boundaries, and a collaborative approach – qualities that guided my career as a casting director.
From theater to audiovisual, I worked revealing and boosting talents in both advertising and content projects. In the first decade of the 2000s, I coordinated the casting department at Mixer Produtora, one of the largest independent production companies in the country. In 2010, after a transformative experience in London, I founded +ADD Casting, a company dedicated to cast production based on human, efficient, and organized processes, always focusing on caring for professional relationships.
In 2013, driven by personal interests such as travel, history, diverse cultures, and ease of communication with young people, I began a degree in History, completed in 2017. The classroom experience brought new layers to my professional performance and broadened my pedagogical listening. Between 2016 and 2024, I joined the teaching staff at the Academia Internacional de Cinema, where I taught casting production in the free production course. During this period, I contributed to the training and insertion of several students into the audiovisual market, many of whom are now working in different industry teams.
I also develop masterclasses, workshops, and casting consultancies, focusing on artistic training, welcoming new talents, and improving developing professionals. Since the beginning of 2025, I'm studying a specialization in Psychodrama at Instituto Sedes Sapientiae (SP), with the aim of further deepening the relationship between listening, creation, and collective processes.

My journey as an educator began with a degree in History and consolidated over the years at reference institutions such as the Academia Internacional de Cinema, the Célia Helena Study Center, and the Incenna theater school in São Paulo.
Throughout this journey, I developed an exclusive artistic consultancy approach aimed at actors who wish to present themselves to the market authentically, recognizing their singularities and improving their skills for on-camera work. My focus is to help each artist find their own voice, aligning technique, personality, and presence.
I perform courses and workshops in partnership with talent agencies and content producers, always seeking to integrate the demands of the audiovisual market with the construction of a solid artistic path. This experience allowed me to develop a sensitive and personalized approach, respecting each actor or actress's time, listening, and individual desires.
Currently, I am deepening my studies with a specialization in Psychodrama and Sociodrama, which has expanded my repertoire of resources for artistic development through spontaneous theater. This approach promotes self-knowledge, personality strengthening, and tools for dealing with conflicts – essential elements for a more expressive and truthful performance in cinema.
I believe that every artist carries a unique potential. My commitment is to help reveal it, with respect, technique, and sensitivity, preparing professionals for the challenges and opportunities of contemporary audiovisual.
As part of my commitment to diversity and inclusion in the sector, I offer scholarships for black, brown, indigenous people, and people with disabilities who wish to participate in artistic consultancy.

Spanish: Advanced (España Aquí, 2018)
Since 2015, I have been married to the Spanish Carlos Jimenez Vazquez, a musician, art historian graduated from the University of Salamanca, and a Spanish teacher in São Paulo. Carlos's family has roots in both northern Spain (Galicia) and southern Spain (Cádiz), which leads us to visit the country frequently. On these trips, I take the opportunity to delve into my areas of interest, such as theater, cinema, and the rich and diverse Spanish history. Together, we have visited cities such as Madrid, Toledo, Salamanca, Valencia, Dénia, Alicante, Granada, and Seville, among others. In 2023, we adopted our son, who the following year became a Spanish citizen during a special trip to meet the family.
I am also an enthusiast of indigenous cultures. I have participated in online courses with Ailton Krenak and Daniel Munduruku, attended the Indigenous Peoples Union Festival (2022), and visited the Ivy Porã Village of the Guarani people in Jaraguá (SP). I also study the Mayan Calendar – an ancestral system of continuous counting of 260 unique days, based on the cycles of human conception and gestation, which inspires me to reflect on time in a way more connected to nature and spirituality.
